Your jewellery is made to make you feel confident and radiant, but it still needs a little care.
To preserve its original shine and colour:
Avoid contact with water, perfume, body lotion, oils, and cleaning products.
-Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or sleeping.
 Keep each piece in a dry, soft pouch or box, away from direct sunlight or humidity.
 Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove any skin oils or makeup   residue.

 

Material Notes

At Sonsolès Suite, we use a variety of high-quality materials, including
stainless steel, copper, zinc alloys, gold or silver plating, and natural or glass stones.
Each material reacts a little differently:
-Copper can naturally darken or develop a warm patina over time.
This is not a defect, it’s part of its unique charm. A gentle polish can restore its glow.
-Stainless Steel is durable and tarnish-resistant, but still benefits from gentle care and dry storage.
-Zinc Alloy and Gold-Plated Metals may fade with frequent exposure to water or cosmetics.
-Stones (natural, glass, or resin) should be kept away from impact or harsh chemicals to maintain their sparkle.

Every piece has its own story, small variations in tone, texture, or shine are completely normal and make each design one of a kind.

 

Allergy Advice

We care deeply about your comfort.
If you have sensitive skin or allergies to certain metals (like nickel, copper, or zinc),
please check the material description carefully before purchasing.
If irritation occurs, remove the jewellery immediately and avoid further contact.

Natural oxidation or minor colour changes can happen over time,
especially with exposure to humidity, perfume, or lotions.
These are natural reactions, not quality issues.
